Sprint is now T-Mobile! All C3 IGNITE iPads will soon enjoy the benefits of T-Mobile’s larger, faster, and more robust network. Participation is mandatory and time-sensitive for all C3 IGNITE schools before the currently used Sprint network is shut down, please keep a lookout for any meeting invites or email communications regarding the migration and respond in a timely manner to any requests. Your partnership is valued, and we are committed to supporting you every step of the way.
Based on the specific iPad models at each school, all C3 IGNITE schools will fall into one of three migration projects from now through June 2022. Some schools have already begun the process, with many more starting communications and planning. In the month of March, those schools who have not already been contacted will be invited to join a mandatory, informational Zoom Meeting to discuss requirements, expectations, and opportunities to schedule your device migrations.
Have a broken iPad or other issues? The process to get support starts by opening a Support Ticket. Many C3 IGNITE Support tickets that are opened in the ACC Ticketing System are being unintentionally assigned to other ADLA support groups and can go missed or unanswered.
