Under the C3 Ignite Warranty Policy, eligible iPads that are submitted for damage or loss will receive a new device. Schools should be documenting the ticket submission, noting which device was being replaced, and be prepared to enroll the iPad into Workspace One upon receipt. It is imperative that all devices are actively enrolled in Workspace One and remain so until the device’s end of life. Workspace One is an excellent tool to easily configure multiple devices at once, but it is also a critical component to maintain visibility and security to your C3 Ignite iPads.
