When a device is no longer in possession of or used by the school for any reason, it IS the responsibility of the school to notify ADLA.
This includes lost, stolen, damaged, end-of-life, sold and discarded devices. Any device that meets this criteria need to be reported to ADLA with the device details: Serial Number, MEID, IMEI within 30 days.
Each C3 IGNITE device is equipped with data (like a phone). Unreported devices can cost the C3 Ignite Program in LTE Connectivity and Workspace One licenses that could be redistributed to other schools in need.
