As the school year winds down, it's time for Administrators and Tech Leads to begin summer iPad cleanup activities and Prepare for a New School Year. Many of you have project plans that might include Device and Accessory Assessment, App and Content Modifications, Administrator Login Changes, and iOS Updates. This is also a great time to complete the annual sToken Renewal. Due to an Apple School Manager project in the Fall, sTokens were renewed for most schools and are not due again until Nov 2022. However, the C3 Ignite Support team suggests that you include renewing this token during this summer’s cleanup activities to avoid missing the expiration mid-year. By updating your yearly project plan to include this step, you can minimize service impacts throughout the school year.

Part 1: Download the sToken from Apple School Manager
Congratulations, your token is now updated in Workspace One!
To validate the new token in Workspace One, select Apps and Books > Purchased and select Sync Assets.
