C3 IGNITE GRANT PROGRAM

The C3 IGNITE initiative began in 2016 as a program that Catholic schools could apply for and receive T-Mobile network enabled devices to bridge the equity gap in Catholic schools. The C3 IGNITE Program has deployed over 43,000 T-Mobile connected iPads to more than 132 schools in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles since 2016. These devices are not only used as a classroom tool by students for their projects, research and homework, but can also be used in homes without internet access, as a mobile hotspot and/or a direct connected T-Mobile network device. Schools in the program are provided professional development from Designed for Learning and technical support from a dedicated team, the C3 IGNITE Support Team to help schools learn how to manage the device.
