Many of our employees have expressed a desire to meet goals consisting of technology and application skills, including Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google apps, phone photography, updating ministry websites, basic video editing, business and basic writing, time management, organizational skills, etc. Senior level staff may benefit from training's focused on team building and project management. The SEED program will help them build those skills and fill in those gaps. The online platform GoSkills, will be used for the independent learning.
OLALA’s goal is to develop and promote a professional learning environment where ACC employees can grow their skills, succeed at their work and be productive. OLALA would like to enhance and increase the use of our virtual community (Yammer) and communication across departments.
